Trinity Cine Asia brings Prequel to Sc-Fi Blockbuster to UK Home Entertainment

Trinity Cine Asia announce the release of 'The Wandering Earth II' to UK home entertainment this autumn. A prequel to China's 2019 sci-fi epic that was a box office success, and based on a short story by one of the country's award winning authors, 'The Wandering Earth II' explores the cataclysmic build up to the events of the first film and sees writer and director Frant Gwo back at the helm. Having been ranked 8th highest grossing film of the year, it now makes its voyage to UK Digital, DVD and Blu-ray and is expected to land on 30th October. Following close behind is the limited edition 4K Ultra HD Steel book available from 11th December packed full of special features.

Fighting Spirit Celebrates 50th Anniversary of Enter The Dragon

Following the highly successful Bruce Lee Movie Marathon in June, the Fighting Spirit Film Festival continues its commemoration of Bruce Lee's films marking 50 years since his death. The Mockingbird Cinema in Birmingham will once again play host to a spectacular Fighting Spirit event on 13th August; 'Enter the Dragon at 50; A Bruce Lee Retrospective + Q&A'. This one day special will feature screenings of Bruce Lee's classic films as well as special documentary, along with an  insightful Q&A, the mix of debate and kick-ass entertainment for which Fighting Spirit is well known.

Ukrainian Animated Film Gets Big Screen UK Release

Dazzler Media Presents the UK cinema release of 'Mavka; The Forest Song' an animated film from Ukraine based on the country's most revered fairy tale. Nearly seven years in the making the film has, since its release,  become a domestic and global box office hit, giving Ukraine another positive boost during their most difficult time. World's First Swissploitation Flick 'Mad Heidi' Gets US Home Release

After a successful, one night only, special screening across the US, 'Mad Heidi' melts and oozes its way to US home digital entertainment, courtesy of Raven Banner Releasing. Dubbed, the world's first 'Swissploitation' film, the zany comedy horror takes a beloved classic children's story and turns into a blood and cheese soaked grind-house epic. The film stars Casper Van Dien ('Starship Troopers') and Alice Lucy and helmed by first time directors Johannes Hartmann and Sandro Klopfstein (who also co-writer the film).

When 2013’s '47 Ronin' was released it was badly panned barely made a big dent at the box office and killed the film making career of Ridley Scott protégé Carl Rinsch. Yet the film introduced lay audiences to legend of the Chūshingura,  a tale of timeless of warrior heroism continued that continues with 'Blade of the 47 Ronin'.

After a successful digital run starting in the US, 'Blade of the 47 Ronin' comes to the UK on Blu-ray and DVD courtesy of Dazzler Media. Directed by Ron Yuan, This follow up to the 2013 Keanu Reeves helmed action epic  brings us into the present with some surprisingly clever twists in the samurai mythos and features some big names in martial arts action. Kaleidoscope Home Entertainment presents the gut wrenching action-horror 'Project Wolf Hunting' will be coming to UK home audiences on Blu-ray, DVD, and Digital on 10th April 2023.

Martial arts superstar Jackie Chan is back, and courtesy of Trinity Cine Asia is galloping onto the big screen with his new heartwarming action comedy 'Ride On.' The international superstar and legend of Hong Kong action cinema saddles up for the ride of his life, paying homage to his body of work in a story packed with drama, comedy and Jackie's own brand of action. 

The film will be released in selected UK cinemas from 7th April, a very special day as it will be Jackie's 69th Birthday. What better way to celebrate than watch the man himself still holding his own in the brand of action that cemented his legacy as one of the genre's greatest superstars.

From executive producer Prachya Pinkaew, the writer and producer of 'Ong Bak', 'Chocolate', and 'Warrior King' comes the action packed martial arts horror 'Shadow Master'. After a brief period of absence from the genre Pinkaew returns with a film that's sure to rock the action world and Dazzler media will be bringing it to UK homes this year. 

The film stars D.Y. Sao ('Everything, Everywhere All at Once') who also serves as stunt co-ordinator, as the mysterious An a stranger battling evil murderous cultists with a little help from a supernatural force. Hired as a Night Watchman for an abandoned hospital, An comes across a group of squatters who he soon discovers are victims of a cult who kidnap children for ritualistic purposes.
